The design and development of FT series drilling and tapping center meet the requirements of customers for high speed and high productivity vertical drilling and tapping center.
The overall layout of FT series driling center is vertical frame structure, the overall structure compact, can bear the heavy load duning processing, high speed displacement can keep no vibration, no deformation, suitable for processing automobile, locomotive parts and small generator parts.

BT30 spindle and high-efficiency servo tool library are used to achieve high-speed movement and optimal exchange.
Ancient CAM motor to servo motor drive, can achieve no interval stop, fast exchange the furthest distance cutter, through the optimization of the cutter library and improve the perfect match with the Z-axis movement, greatly shorten the cutting of the cutting tool changing time.

High rigidity mechanical construction
The overal layout of the machine is a vertical frame structure, the base is wide and solid, the column is a box structure, and the saddle structure is solid and withstand the heavy load during processing, and can keep no vibration and deformation through the high-speed displacement.
High response servo system
The servomotor responds fast and the delay is almost zero
Servomotor's pursuit of cutting capacity is manifested in the adoption of high rigidity mechanical structure and high power spindle motor, which greatly expands the cutting capacityrange of high efficiency machining and heavy cutting machninig.
Direct connection, high precision, high rigidity spindle head
Spindle speed uo to 20000rpm, with small power loss, low vibration, low noise, low temperature rise and other characteristics, to ensure high precision processing and high quality of rigid tapping. The spindle can realize step-less speed regulation within its speed range, to ensure the safety and reliability of loose clamping tool of the spindle. The spindle is equipped with contact-less switch feedback, which can realize the automatic detection of the clamping and loosening of the tool.
