Perfect combination of high speed and high rigidity

The processing range is larger than the general model, and the rigidity of the machine tool is greatly enhanced, so that the machine tool can absorb the vibration of re-cutting more effectively during processing, so as to improve the accuracy and smoothness of the workpiece. Through the analysis of finite element structure, a large number of reinforcing bars are used the casting to optimize the mechanical structure and ensure the rigidity and stability of the whole machine.

The casting structure adopts the strengthening design, the casting wall thickness is reasonable, the configuration of the strengthening rib is careful, to build a large rigidity and high precision.

High Quality Gearbox (Optional)

All gears are made of alloy steel, hardened steel, and JIS-0 precision grinding material. Provide optimal high precision and low noise characteristics.

The internal bearings of the gearbox are cooled by forced circulation. The perfect cooling system can reduce the heat to a minimum degree, and ensure the machining accuracy.

Full-tooth high and low two-stage variable speed driving spindle box, with wide speed range and high horsepower, can bear heavy cutting load and high-speed processing.
