Perfect combination of high speed and high rigidity
The processing range is larger than the general model, and the rigidity of the machine tool is greatly enhanced so that the machine tool can absorb the vibration of re-cutting more effectively during processing, so as to improve the accuracy and smoothness of the workpiece. Through the analysis of the element structure, a large number of reinforcing bars are used in the casting to optimize the mechanical structure and ensure the rigidity and stability of the whole machine.
The casting structure adopts the strengthening design, the casting wall thickness is reasonable, the configuration of the strengthening rib is careful, to build a large rigidity and high precision.

High Quality Gearbox (Optional)

Add the spindle center water system, cutting fluid through the spindle center, ejected by the tooltip, can directly act on the work-piece and tool cutting edge, the heat source of the cutting away, while the high-pressure cutting fluid can remove the work-piece surface residue to ensure processing quality, suitable for deep hole processing parts
