High-Rigidity Mechanical Design
The castings are cast by advanced resin sand molding and then tempered, the material is stable, to ensure long-term high-speed cutting accuracy. The spindle uses a BT40-Φ150 long nose spindle that is produced in Taiwan and has strong cutting ability. The spindle is equipped with knife blowing, to ensure the handle is clean, to avoid the spindle from inhaling impurities while changing the knife

The internal protection has no crumbs to strike
The tightly sealed cover prevents the coolant from contaminating the guide rail of the machine tool and isolates the iron filings from entering, thus prolonging the service life of the guide rail of the machine tool and ensuring the accuracy of the host machine tool. Effectively reduce the penetration of cutting fluid and metal dust, and increase the service life of the inner protective cover

Spindle Center Outlet
Add the spindle center water system, cutting fluid through the spindle center, ejected by the tooltip, can directly act on the work-piece and tool cutting edge, the heat source of the cutting away, while the high-pressure cutting fluid can remove the work-piece surface residue to ensure processing quality, suitable for deep hole processing parts

Grating Scale or Optical Linear Scale
Three-axis grating ruler can be added to improve the accuracy of processing, reduce the error caused by environmental temperature changes, can produce more precise products

Multidimensional Machining
